What to Expect
A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. Cup & Flow is a 60-minute, PT-led recovery experience combining cupping, breathwork, and guided mobility to release deep muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore movement.
❋ Intentional StructureA step-by-step recovery flow engineered to safely decompress tight fascia, re-educate movement patterns, and calm your nervous system.
❋ Collaborative EnergyFeed off the collective energy of a small group unwinding and leveling up their mobility together.
❋ Expert FacilitationFacilitated by a licensed PT skilled in myofascial decompression, percussive therapy, and tailoring recovery to your body's needs.
❋ A Supportive SpaceOur events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
Unbind physical tightness and clear mental noise as you give your body the ultimate reset
Set Intentions & Reflect
In this space, we pause to reconnect with our bodies and tune in to what we truly need. This session is an opportunity to honor where your hard work has taken you, shed the physical weight of past demands, and realign your movement and mindset for the miles ahead
What to WearLoose, comfortable workout clothes (e.g., tank top/sports bra for back/shoulder access, shorts for lower body) exposing target area
What to Expect AfterPlease note that cupping naturally produces temporary circular marks as tension and stagnant fluids are drawn out of the tissue. They do not hurt and usually fade on their own within 3–14 days.
Important Health NoticeTo ensure a safe experience, please refrain from participating if any of the following apply:

Taking blood thinners or anticoagulant medication
